Benedetta is the Urban Planning and Design Officer at C40’s Copenhagen office. As part of the Horizon Europe ReGreeneration project, she contributes to the design and adoption of innovative people-centred, nature-based solutions for neighbourhood revitalisation across 9 European cities.
Prior to joining C40, Benedetta collaborated closely with the City of Milan’s Permanent Climate Assembly, developing an inclusive deliberative governance model for climate planning. In her experience as a Consultant at the World Food Programme she tackled the complex links between food security, political stability, and urban environments.
She holds a dual Master’s degree from Sciences Po Paris and the London School of Economics, specialising in International Development with a keen focus on urban sustainability policies. Throughout her studies, she founded and led projects bridging policymakers, academia, and youth to foster dialogue on sustainability challenges.
